How to use Proancynol
When first taking Proancynol, the recommended serving is 1 mg of active ingredient per pound (0.45 k) of body weight. For example, a person weighing 160 pounds (72.6k) would take 4 Proancynol capsules per day (there are 40 mg of active ingredient per capsule).
After 1 to 2 weeks, the serving can be reduced to 2 capsules per day.
Best taken on an empty stomach.
Shelf life is 2 years, sealed. Store in a cool, dry place (70 to 75 degrees F; 20.1 to 23.8 degrees C. Do not refrigerate.
If you have ulcers, colitis, or have had a colostomy, consult a health practitioner.
