AIM Renewed Balance is a topical progesterone cream formulated to help your body stay in balance. How to use Renewed Balance
AIM strongly emphasizes that the daily amount of progesterone usage between 20 and 24 mg. We suggest that you apply 1/8th of a measuring teaspoon per day, two to three weeks of the month, depending on the need. This amount contains approximately 20 mg of natural progesterone.

Pre-Menopausal Women:
1/8th teaspoon per day for two weeks (from ovulation to menstruation) of the month. Ovulation generally begins 12 to 14 days after the first day of menstruation. Apply to areas of thin skin such as your chest, inside of wrists, neck, etc. It is always best to work with a health practitioner to determine your optimum serving.

Post-Menopausal Women:
1/8th teaspoon per day for two to three weeks of the month. You may begin your usage at any time. Apply to areas of thin skin such as your chest, inside of wrists, neck, etc. It is always best to work with a health practitioner to determine your optimum serving.
